Sarasota Ichiban Restaurant offers great all-you-can-eat sushi for $29.95 and Ichiban is located just off South Tamiami Trail, a few blocks east on Stickney Point Road in a little strip mall. Our appetizers of cooked teriyaki and tempura accompanies the all-you-can-eat sushi. We also include a house salad with ginger dressing. Our salad is a delicious combination of greens, tomatoes and vegetables with a ginger-style dressing, fresh and crisp. Along with salad, our entrees come with a cup of light miso soup. Our soup is light and simple, just as it ought to be as this is a Japanese staple made from bean paste.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0<\/span>all-you-can-eat sushi entree<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>provides an exquisite selection of over 25 styles of delicious, fresh rolls and fillings. We have a nice selection of beers & wine, including cold bottles of Asahi, Kirin and Bud Light etc.<\/p>\n

Not like many which give you a lot of rice and a thin slice of fish. Tasty, quality sushi and sashimi, served quickly, usually correctly and without an attitude when we order so much and eat what we order. I like the ordering process and unlike China~Tokyo you aren’t limited to five items at a time which is a real time saver. I suggest you stick to the fish and avoid the hot dishes which are small and not very tasty. I feel bad that the owners lose money every time we go but we tip the excellent servers very well. I hope they stay around forever. I think they’re underpriced, but normal diners probably don’t eat $100.00 worth of sushi like I do each time. Thanks for being here \ud83d\ude00<\/span><\/p>\n

I have come here hundreds of times. The food is the best and it is my favorite restaurant. Specifically, their sushi. I have never had fish and sushi as fresh as I’ve had here. Their fish is always supreme quality. The restaurant is always clean, beautiful and inviting. I’ve never had an experience short of excellent.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ichiban is the best place we have been to since moving here 5 months ago! Regan, our server, made our experience super enjoyable. This sushi was unreal and the soups were scrumptious and authentic! would come back tomorrow if I could!<\/p>\n

Ichiban is a hidden gem! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The chefs are personable and the food is delicious. I love going for the AYCE(because they have hand rolls and its an amazing deal) – it never disappoints and always leave satisfied. Thanks Tony and Regan!<\/span><\/p>\n

We stopped by expecting some quick sushi, but we were very amazed and impressed with the cozy atmosphere, fun and friendly staff, food is very fresh and way beyond the all you can eat quality. I don’t leave many reviews bit I have to say this’s the must stop by sushi restaurant in Sarasota, reasonable prices as well<\/span><\/p>\n
