Professional athletes all have an off season where they give their bodies and minds a chance to recover and set goals for the next season. This way when it\u2019s time to take on a new challenge you are rested and ready to give it your all.<\/p><p>I find it is easier, more fun and I end up in better shape if I take some time a few times a year, usually after a big race to recover so I am ready for the next round. If I just train all the time , it is too easy to get in a rut and make no real progress.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
