It is super important for all of us to exercise and keep moving. In Parkinson\u2019s disease it is even more critical and even more difficult.<\/p><p>I have included lessons I have learned that have helped me stay positive and increase my exercise since my Parkinson\u2019s diagnosis.<br \/><br \/>I have included lessons I learned in my 40+ years as a competitive runner, a physician, a mom, my time in the military and as a person with Parkinson\u2019s
