Return Policy
General Policy:
No Returns/Exchanges for Customer Choice:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like the wrong size, color, or if the customer simply changes their mind. Our products are unique and produced only once ordered, making traditional returns and exchanges impractical.
Exceptions & Refunds/Reprints
Damaged or Defective Products:
If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, you can request a free reprint or a refund.
Reporting Timeframe:
You must report the issue to Libmerch.com within 30 days of product delivery (30 days for domestic orders, 45 days for international orders).
Proof Required:
You’ll need to provide clear photo or video proof of the issue to support your claim.
No Need to Return:
There’s typically no need to return the damaged or defective product to us.
Refunds:
(I will need more clarification on this one because I didn’t take the payment and thus lack the ability to transfer a payment back to the original payment source. Also I may have to set up a separate merchant account if Printify doesn’t take payments with my orders.) So this paragraph text will change. Refunds are issued to your Printify account balance, which you can then withdraw to transfer it back to your original payment method.
Unsuccessful Delivery:
If an order is returned to the sender due to an invalid address, you may receive a partial refund or a reprint with an extra charge.
Print Placement Tolerance:
For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, there’s a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning minor variations are not considered defects.
Multiple Affected Products:
If multiple products with the same design are affected, you may need to provide a photo or video showing all items in one frame.
