We believe in fairness, and that means making things right if something’s off with your order.

Can I Return My Order?
If you’re not happy with your order, you can send it back within 14 days of when it arrived. The item has to be:

  • In the same condition you got it (unworn, unwashed)
  • Packed in its original packaging

Just head to our Contact Us form and let us know. We’ll walk you through what to do next.

Things That Can’t Be Returned
We don’t accept returns on:

  • Clearance items
  • Custom orders or limited runs
  • Anything worn, washed, or clearly used (unless it came to you damaged)

What If It’s Our Fault?
If we shipped the wrong item or something arrived damaged, that’s 100% on us. Use the Contact Us form, and we’ll either send a replacement or get your refund going ASAP.

How Refunds Work
After we get your return and check it over, we’ll refund the original payment method. That usually shows up in your account in about 5 to 7 business days.

If the return is for personal preference (like the wrong size or a changed mind), you’ll need to cover the shipping back to us.
