Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods and Carriers We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Our trusted carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location, the selected shipping method, and the size/weight of your order.
Tracking and Delivery Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website. Most domestic orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the continental United States. For customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us for custom shipping arrangements.
Backorders and Delays If a product is on backorder or experiences a delay, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated time for restocking. You will have the option to wait, choose an alternative product, or receive a refund.
Damaged or Lost Packages In the rare event your order is damaged during transit or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
Refund and Replacement Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority at Amchem Wash Supply. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to resolve any issues you may experience quickly and professionally. This policy outlines our refund and replacement procedures.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items Some items, such as custom orders, clearance items, and certain chemicals, may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Replacements and Exchanges If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no extra cost. If you prefer, you may return the item for a full refund.
Return Shipping Costs If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or product defect), we will cover the return shipping. For other returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Cancellations Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and our standard return process applies.
